Dear Residents of Surda and Abu Qash,

It is my honor and privilege to serve our community and work alongside you to build a better future for Surda and Abu Qash. Since assuming this responsibility, we have remained committed to ensuring that the municipality serves as a home for all citizens, guided by transparency, cooperation, and dedication to public service.

Your trust is our greatest motivation. We continuously strive to improve municipal services, develop infrastructure, and enhance the overall quality of life for our residents. Through teamwork and collaboration with local institutions and community members, we aim to achieve sustainable development that reflects the needs and aspirations of our people.

Despite the challenges and limited resources, our determination remains strong. With the support of our community and the dedication of our municipal staff, we continue working to implement development projects, improve services, and maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our town.
